Title: Front page posts on top?

I run all three panels.  TP ver. v0.9.8 and the forum posts on front page display at the bottom of the center block.  Is there a way to post them above the center blocks?

Sorry, but TP 0.9.8 does not have center blocks below. You can however have frontpage blocks set to display at the bottom. But, they are only for the frontpage. You need more options than that, you'll have to upgrade TP.

That would be to TinyPortal v1.0.5 beta, correct?
