hi, i have jus installed tp mod and its working...but how i can use other smf mods with tp.....

Simple, just install them :) They will co-exist, but not interact with TP.

where tp upload them in packages or tp modules......

What mods are you talking about? TP Modules or SMF Modifications?

Installing them like any other mod you did, via Package manager, TP shouldn't interfere with them.
