I am unable to Edit the HTML+BBC Blocks.  I upgraded from .98..version on TP to the new one. I uninstalled the Older TP first & then installed the new one ( i have to say . Soo nicely done Guys Two Thumbs way up-Thanks). I go to edit my existing blocks or create new ones it doesn't let me do it. i set member groups & visible options(such as where i want it to appear) but it doesn't give me the Body field so that i enter in the code. Whats wrong with it.? Any Help would be appriciated :)

I tried to look - but couldnt find anything on this matter.

A bug that will be fixed in the beta 2 release.

I don't recall this being a bug G6. Not being able to edit any blocks? Maybe I missed it, but I didn't recall seeing anyone having a problem with that after the update.

Maybe you should through the manual install and make sure everything is in place jay. Upload all the TP files, verify all the TP edits are done to the SMF files, and run the manual_tp_install.php file.

Didn't think it was an issue with creating new ones. I don't have that problem on my setup. Even with the beta 2.

Strange... Don't have the issue myself. Wonder what the heck the difference is on servers to do that...

True - server is a server right :) -- but if this helps guys ! I even Uninstalled my SMF !  - & did a Fresh Install -  Then installed the v 1.0.5 beta - still the same issue ! . so i uninstalled it - went back to  9.8  & everything is back to Normal :) so i created more blocks and saved them  then installed v1.0.5beta - it picks up the Blocks shows  lets me do everything ( move to right left center , up down , on off )  but edit.  - what i did is backed up all the .phps when it was working - so i will do some compare them  when i get a chance.  [ this really tests me limited skills  in php]   :tickedoff:

True - server is a server right

Right.. Only, theres about a bazillion different configurations that a server could have, from ports to software.. Unix to Windows Server.. Hardware and PHP version.

Hey Guys just a Heads Up! .. .. .. I by mistake found out that I am able to Edit the Old Blocks  in Safari! with no problem the only thing is the View ! where you can hide the code doesn;t work.

The Pop up saying . Whizzywig editor not available for your browser.

Even after the Pop Up the Block can be edited and Saved!  with no Issues :)
Hope this helps someone :)
