I have added two new usergroups. When I test one of these new accounts, so when I register as a new user (with specific board permissions) and then log in as as this user, I do NOT see the panels! Only the forum is visible...
I have search all over the place in my settings... Who knows what is wrong? When I log in as a member of one of the other user groups, all is normal... :-\
me123, take some time and read the posting guide and modify your first post so that we may know what you are using... then maybe we can give you a logical answer.
Thanks.
Meanwhile, check your panel/block permissions.
You are right, I was/AM in a hurry, beacause it is an actual emergency... Here you find the mods etc..

Basic knowlage ... when you create a new membergroup, what would be the first thing to check for that new group ? Permissions right ?
SMF has it's permissions, and TP it's own for panels and blocks. Check your blocks and check the member groups, ( need to be done to every block in use )
Emergency or not, you should read the manual for the things you use ;)
First thing to do would be to read any stickies you see in a board like this one....

I ran 10 times through all the permissions, membergroups etc etc... But finally... The blocks also have permissions... Getting crazy about all these permissions....
Found it, solved it... Thank you for the help.
Solution: One has to do a manual edit to all the block permissions, when a new usergroup is added.
As a final note: for non native english speakers (like me) it is often very difficult to find the correct phrase to put in the search box...
Thats why we have the docs and also the stickies..... Both very easy to find with out a search even.
