Hi there,
I'm currently running SMF 1.1.5 with TP 0.983 on my main forum.
I switched this week from FF 2.0x to FF 3.0x and have now the problem that links in new written Articels didn't work as intended.
Instead after saving the article the link becomes javascript void ()=/*123794379*/ or somethin similar.
Question is now:
fkeditor uses js code which didn't work correctly with FF anymore? or
tp uses js code which didn't work correctly with FF anymore?
I know with all the other things bloc has to do, but how much hours/manpower would be needed to update the fck delievered with tp 0.983 to the newest version? (if this might be the only way to solve the problem). I know there was a fck discussion somewhere here in the forum before so please don't slap me too hard ;)
Cheers
Pyx
I know, I just did the same update and and experience same thing with links being wrong.
I will work on this bug to see if it can be resolved.

Is there any news on this topic. I experience the same bug and I can handle it but my moderators (not so super-users) cannot work around it since they lack the html-knowledge.
Same here. Usually takes hold the second time through.
Enter the link, save it. The link box is still open, but minimized, ..close it...edit link...save again.
What a pain.
Wow ...nasty, nasty bug ...I'm seeing it too. I googled "fckeditor firefox 3", tried the fix discussed here:
http://www.fckeditor.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=10109&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=0
But that doesn't seem to help. I'd be willing to report it to the fck forum but don't have enough knowledge of TP to know how TP might be interacting with FCK so perhaps it's better for bloc to do that.
And then there's this ticket over at the fck site saying "I can't find anything that doesn't work in FF3 anymore..." !!!

I've been having this problem too and it WAS working on the second go, now I just have to hit save and paste the code in the source mode. Very annoying :-0
Yea, I went back to FF2. Couldn't stand it anymore.
