how could i put header and footer to my site?

by the way im using smf 1.1.5 and tiny portal 0.9.8

ive already tried it but i think it is not compatible with tinyportal..

It's a mod just like TP.
If you have issues with it you need to manually install it to your forum.

The only thing that can get close to you with tp and header or footer is to activate and use the block options in your TP administration.
