I thing that the archive downloaded here : http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=item801

is corrupt. An error occured when the file extract.

Is there another link for downloading this file?

Indeed it is broken.
Try and PM the moderator in the Frensh support board we have and ask him to reupload the files again.
