What edits will be needed to make my theme work whit TP 1.0.5?

I removed the files as we dont do edits for you, we give support for TP, but we dont build your custom themes now do we build your site.

For TP V1.0.5 all you need to do is add a forum button.

And another note, to alter custom theme made by some one else but you need to have permissions from the theme author to do so. Do you have permissions from the theme creator ?

What do you mean "alter"?

You can alter a theme all you want without permission. But if you want to give it to anyone else then you need permission to redistribute. Alter is what G6 said.
