Title: [bugtracker] Block showing in only one category not working

When a block is set to display only in a certain category, it does not show at all on any pages, either those in the category or any others. The only way to get a block to show in all of the articles in a category is to select all of the articles individually.

- did not show individually in one article if a parent category matched. Fixed for TP 1.0.5 beta 2
