Title: [bugtracker] Guests can't view Polls in block

TP 1.0.5

I have tested this, guests can view polls in topics, but block polls are empty to them. Guest permissions are correct.

I'm thinking this may have happened since the upgrade from SMF 1.1.4 to 1.1.5

This is most likely that the SSI function the block relies upon, has changed - or something about polls in SMF. As such not much to do about it, since TP just supposed to use that particular SSI function in this block.
