On a forum i admin , the block displaying the Newest files ( Newest X Files ) , It currently only displays the 15 newest , I want to raise it to 30 but i cant find a setting i can adjust anywhere in the tp admin , Is there any file modification i can do?

P.S Tinyportal version is 0.9.8

In TPModules.php (in the Sources directory), I had to insert the following line under the 'global' statement defining the function dl_recentitems around line # 525:
$number = '30';

This expanded the listing to 30 files...

It appears that the variable '$number' originally assigned in the function definition does not transfer properly to the query statements further on in the function...

The "$number = 8" only sets a default value of 8 if the function wasn't called with a value there.  The error is in the "module" blocktype..a setting should provide the number, but it isn't. Gonna add that to the next version of TP so the fucntion is called with whatever setting you have.

For a quickfix however, setting $number = xxx inside the function name will make another number the default one.

it would be nice to add an option to set Files per page inside a download category too, by default value it is 10 it think.

there is a way to change the value on my sources? I didnt found it
