Title: Unable to see blocks

I just installed SMF version 1.1.4 and i also installed tiny Portal and I'm using the Invazion theme, When i select that theme i am unable to enable blocks. When i go to the block manager, it just says that the "Block is off". How do I enable it?

Did you turn on support for TinyPortal in your current theme control panel?

EDIT: The test account login dose not work.
