It could be just about anything of your mods that generate that error.
The best way to find out is to go through all the mods and make sure all the code is added correctly to the SMF files.

I don't quite understand what do you mean by go through all the mods. Do you mean I uninstall it and check each of the mod?
The problem occur after I have TinyPortal installed.
When you have a lot of mods, it's not unusuall that they collide somewhere.
What i meant by checking the mods is simply going through all mods and the code they add to the template files and the sources files.
In less explaining, what the mod adds to the SMF files when it install through the package manager.
This is specially important if you use any other themes then the default Core theme, the mods only install the template and language strings to that theme so you have to add the code manually for the other themes in use.

Okay, I'm using the default Core theme only for smf and tinyportal. Can I inspect the problem by looking at the error messages ?
Not really, you say you got the errors after you installd TP, so i suggest you go through and check so all the TP code got added correctly, you must have had some errors during the install as i have tries 3 of your mods and then added TP and i got 2 errors from sources.php and index.template.php so read the modinstruction in the docs we have and check all the code manually
