What is needed to get a theme to work with Tiny Portal?

I have downloaded and installed about 10 of them from the site and they all (outside of Helios) lose all the TP blocks on the front page.

What am I doing... or not doing wrong?

You make sure the themes you download and install have the support for TP ( tp converted themes)
All of Blocs new themes ( from Nov 2007 ) have the option to turn on support for TP in the Admin/Configuration/Current theme)

All other themes must be converted to work with tp.
