after installing TP 1.0 i got a Fatal error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tpsummary() (previously declared in /home/pokertea/public_html/Sources/Profile.php:2932) in /home/pokertea/public_html/Sources/Profile.php on line 3037

what can i do to fix this

As always, postingguide, posting guide and again postingguide..
Search on the error string and you will find the answers to the issue, duplicate code in the files, you didnt uninstall the old TP before you installed the new, thats why you got duplicated code, and the error is there for sure.

Search and you will find a lot of answers on what to do to fix it.

I wouldn't say for sure they didn't uninstall, as SMF package manager has a bug that makes it write the code twice that seems to happen every so often.
