I am not able to load the file departmen download

Sorry, I don't understand what you are asking about. Is this with a certain theme or something that you are having this error? Where do you see this error?

I was trying to upload my theme

I was getting that error

However, now I see it has been uploaded and there are three of them

I see that three times it installed.

It was giving error when I was trying to upload

Now I am trying to erase the other two copies, but I couldn't erase it.

Sounds like more of an SMF issue. Any problems with other themes?

Was it only 2 of them that should have been removed ? The image had all 3 marked ???

Yes, it's definatly nice colors, i love green themes :) Nice warm touch to that theme :up:
