You should take a close look at the errors. For instance, this error smfgallery_menu is associated with the gallery mod. Do a search at their site for the error and I'm sure you'll find its already been posted about. As for the TP one make sure this line is found in your TPortal.english.php
$txt['cannot_tp_dlmanager'] = 'Sorry, you aren\'t allowed to manage downloads module.';

I think..since I know that string from SMF Gallery well, that you probably turned on support for gallery mod in a theme of mine? Prob. also the TP mod?

If thats the case: ALWAYS install the actual mod(s), the theme WILL NOT install that for you, it will only make the theme adjustments needed, thats all.
