Hey there!
I have something that I really need to do in my Download Section.
For unregistered users, it just shows up as being empty: http://thehobbylounge.com/forum/index.php?action=tpmod;dl
I need to be able to put a message in there stating that they need to register/login to view the downloads.
Could you guys please help me out? Thanks! :)
You could try a center block with a message and set it to only show inside the TP download section. That may work I am not sure really, just a thought ???
Yes that works, I just tested it, set it to show in the download manager and made a html block with a message.
Hmm.. I tried just that, and nothing shows up. :(
That is strange because I just did it on my site and even logged out to see if it still showed, ???

Yeah I tried that as well.. what could the problem be?
Which theme are you using anyway, I am not sure off hand, but someone else may come along that knows more about it.
Its a custom one by JPG
In Manage Downloads > Settings > Check to see if you have the blocks set to show.
hmm, tried that and still no luck :(
does it work in the default theme?
Well, I put the default theme and the block doesn't show either :( Its no where to be found. :'(
You just need to look at your settings and know they are what they need to be …
Thats the thing, I'm sure everything I "know" should be set in a certain way, is. If there is something else that isn't set the right way, I am not aware of it.
If you'd like I can take a look at it. Please PM me a temp admin account and I'll take a looksy.
Looks like the center panel was off in the TP settings. Fixed. :)
