I readed the topic and all..
Yes, i have the problem that the picture shows.
But, i havent done anything bad, though
I reinstalled the forum
Installed tinyportal
And doesnt appear..
They give me a utf web to select language, english doesnt appear...
AlsoAdmin > Configuration > Server Settings > Default Forum Language it's English, nothing about utf
Please follow the posting guide and provide the information requested.
