i cannot for the life of me figure out where the install instructions are for tinyportal. When I download tinyportal, the readme.txt points to:

can someone give me a link that will tell me how to install this software?

I hate to sound ignorant but where do I upload tinyportal to? do I have to do anything before following those directions?

go in the admin cp and use the package manger to upload. thats all to install TP.

Be sure before installing

1) that you have the smf standard theme running
2) the boards standard language is english

also, after installing TP you should only use TP themes, cause SMF themes mess things up.
