SMF + TP is the best you will find, trust me...It is easy to use and you can just about do anything :up:

I use several CMS systems, write my own, so I have many thousand of code lines behinde me.
I just want to use strong forum, with SEO url (didnt find how to do it yet (good) with SMF), and protected from spam, bots and all this e-shit.

I also use tabbed menu, but ajax loading is not neccecery IMHO with not so many informations in.
Tour is nice idee, and I will do this same.
As i see You use custom page=tour ???
Icons in profile (home) are to big, in 1280 in opera You have 20% outside
I dislike colors of background and text on table headers - no contrast at all ;P

but You have great girls in profiles heheheh

Added Footerbar with chat functionality, and still adding more games/content to the site

I used a different one, this one is much better :)

But ya it was quite a bit of coding to get it working on SMF

Been a bit since I have added an update, so here's a few changes/stats

• Changed up the Banner...long overdo, let me know what you think (Comments/Suggestions are appreciated)
• added a TON of games, now @ over 4K games
• Added Zetan's sweet popup script (http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?topic=29849.0), for a chat client
• Added Ichbin's  avatar of user online (http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?topic=27231.0) (great snippet)
• Began using Twitter, good way to get known
• Minor Tweaks here and there just for aesthetics

Well that about sums it up, but I have to say TP is the best...if you have an idear, you can get it going (even using 0.9.8 lol, gotta love this Portal....or should I say CMS)

Very nice site!  I am going to be honest with you. Is it a adult site, kid site or teen site?  You seem to have a bit of each.  That's fine being it's protected under.

But I do think since it looks like it's toward kids/young teens that some sort of gate way or something is put up so parents that do monitor somewhat what there kids are doing knows that you site might have and or does adult content. 

As a parent don't think my kid would be going to your site.

I do have adult games, but as a guest you can't play the adult games...And registration is set for 18+.  But yes, the site is more directed toward older gamers

I reall like how you can hover over a topic and it shows a preview of the post. How did you get it to do that?  That is so cool man.

I believe you have to do a theme edit to your index.template.php

I have done tons to the site since the last posting...

Still using the old TP 0.9.8, but I will say I am amazed even today with the functionality of this script

some new additions to my site (since my last post):

• Working lots with using Frontpage as being a big part of the site (screenshots below)
• Multiplayer Games with other members, using chatbar (screenshots below)
• Added my site to Facebook (not using any of the current APIs) pretty much just an IFrame but working on more functionality to suit my site

Added the game information to the side, kind of like other arcade forum software has  :up:

also added download functionality for games and a few other little tweaks

I have done quite a bit of changing on this site...

• Several other tweaks, mostly to speed up the site
