when sending files with names that contain non-english chars the saved file name will contain a unreadable chars
for example
this

file_transfer_protocol___OOUOUUUU_UUU_OUUUUOOOOUOO..

is it because of the way the files are saved on the server or because of how the information are sent to database?

by the way my database is utf8 so it can contain multi languages...
