hi all i asking for help here on something witch might seem stupid or just even impossible !

i have a will to post a banner on my forum ( thats the easy part lol) but what i want it to do is open up the person that clicked its messageing options were they can send a message to admin only )

bit like the report to mod app but using a banner for my tank of the months feature

if your not sure what i mean please look at my forum were you can see what i mean as i can either put this image/banner in the news or in the sponsors section

please help spent ages and getting nowere now

This is more a SMF task as the functions you are asking for is their department.
