Title: Please help me installing TP 0983

The problem is as simple as it can be:

My SMF won't install TP 0.9.8 (TP_0.983.zip).
:'(

Details:
I am trying to install TP 0.9.8 on my 1.1.4 SMF. the packages menu shows TP is installed, but there is no TinyPortal settings block in the admin panel and the home page for the SMF only shows the first post from a certain topic and nothing else(except the links on top which do not include "forum").

Oh nevermind, problem resolved... Oops.
I had this problem because I put myself in a membergroup that didn't have rights to change TP settings...

I found the paper so my problems is solved to, i guess i should have checked the place where i always keep it  ;)
