hey, im new to tp and smf (not smf by itself, i have a great smf forum) stuff. i have a clean install of smf1.1.4 and tp-the version from the front page. there are no mods on it (other than smilies, but i created that mod ;))

i have my homepage and forum setup to have blocks on the left side, but they dont show with this theme, or the Aero79 - Terra97 theme...actually if im honest, they dont show with any ive tried but the default. i AM downloading the tp versions... i really want the blocks to work, i dont understand why they dont...ive looked around, nothing is helping me :(. can someone please help me?

Hello Alundra. I've had a nose at your site once ;)

There are 2 versions of many TP/SMF themes. TP Only and TP/SMF, now I can't remember if this theme does have 2 different versions.. I think it does.

Download the one with "_tp" in the file name, uninstall the current one and install the TP version.
Both files are on the same download page, the TP version is the text link at the bottom.

arg...didnt realise the download button didnt download the tp...

but the theme i really wanted to begin with doesnt have one :(

Ah, you'll get used to it. We are aware that the Download pages need a slight overhaul.
TP V 1 has taken priority recently.
