Title: TP Panel in Admin Screen is Blank

Hi, I have installed SMF Forum 1.4 and have the newest TP File installed. I am using the Helois Multi TP version and when I am in the Admin panel TP is listed on the left but shows no features. It is the same in the default theme also. I am unable to edit..any ideas?
