Title: TP Errors
Post by: Gatlin1 on December 14, 2007, 09:10:19 PM
Having trouble getting TP to work. I installed it on one site and all is working fine.

Trying to install on another site. All tests successful.

www.syberwebzcorp.com/forum

When attempting to apply, I get these errors:

Using IE7

Upshrink table created
Settings table created2: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource
File: /home/content/gatlin1/html/forum/Packages/temp/tp_install.php
Line: 169

Using Mozilla

Database Error: Lost connection to MySQL server during query
File: /home/content/gatlin1/html/forum/Sources/Subs.php
Line: 2409

Appears to be a database issue but have no idea on how to correct. Any advice is appreciated.

I have unlimited MySQL database usage.

TP V0.9.8
SMF 1.1.4

How are you trying to install it? If you can't install it using the package manager and these errors are the result of this, then you'll need to install it manually. Instructions are posted in the Docs board.

Thanx IchBin. I found that info earlier and will give it a try tonight. Will inform of the results.
