Hello..
I am getting this error on a clean install of SMF v. 1.1.4 and Tiny Portal
v. 0.9.8! :(

Any help will be greatly appreciative :)
session ini file that have locked something is a server file, you have to contact your host about this issue and ask them to help you figure out why the SQL is locking you from installing your TP.
