Title: English UTF8 Language Files corrupted?

Alright I have searched out for the past two days to make sure that I didn't miss anything. I even looked over some old posts that I made and still didn't have the answer.

When I try to upload any of the TP English UTF-8 language files this is what I get

The package you tried to upload either is not a valid package or has become corrupted. 

So, now for you wonderful staff of TP...Anyone know the answer to this one? Does the package need to be redone? or perhaps my SMF is just being wack...

Just to kill sometime, this is what I have done..
I checked my Server and Settings and the forum is set to English-UTF8
I have did three new installs of SMF and Tinyportal
I know one of my issues is in the Index.Template.php file because of another MOD.

So that is that, any answer?

That is no SMF Mod which can be installed via Package Manager,
Download it to your computer and extract it then upload the files to /Themes/default/languages.

Thank You Dragoon, I did as you said and now the forum is perfect.

This is why I LIKE TP....You guys are on par with help..
