When ever i install a compatible mod on phobos and enable it in the "current theme" page it still shows up as a blank in the admin menu?

am i doing something terribly wrong?

? Not sure but..What is your forum's language? English Or English UTF-8?
If it is English UTF-8, Switch it over to English, See Admin > Server Settings for this.

Have you enabled TP in the Current Theme settings?
Or are you missing text in the TP Admin panel?
