Hey Guys, I have a member of my forum who is having trouble accessing it. This is the error he is getting
Database Error: Lost connection to MySQL server during query
File: /home/content/s/l/e/sledskiing/html/SledMods/forum/Sources/Security.php
Line: 278
I've contacted go daddy (my host) and they are worthless. Help. The user has been having a problem for quite some time.
This is the tinyportal site. You need to seek help with your forum from the people who make the software. www.simplemachines.org
Unfortunately i posted there a while back

can't get any answers :(
If that member is the only one having problems, I would think it would be something in his browser/firewall preventing the script from completing, not SMF/TP or GoDaddy.
I don't think it's an isolated problem. Somebody on SMF.org could not access my site and there was another post from a different smf user with the same problem

Well if its random, and not something you can reproduce. I would have to say its net related. Perhaps a DNS issue. Have the users tried from a different computer?
fixed

Amazing what happens when you seek help in the right place.
