I don't think that is a theme supported here, I suggest that you contact the theme designer.

If we don't host and support the theme we don't have the files to refer to. So please ask the theme designer.

Trouble is, different themes are built in different ways so as nokonium has already stated you will need to ask the person who made this theme for help.

uhm..those category buttons, you aren't by any chance reffering to the "catlist"? Which categories should show up on top there?
If so, have a look in "Articles" section of TP admin and find the "CatList" tab, then check out those you don't want there.
