Title: TP messed up my forum :(

i got this error AS SOON as i installed TP:

Your Safe mode should be off if you want to use TP.
Ask your host to turn off safe mode.

Some people seem to get by with safe mode, but it usually requires a bit more work to get it to work properly. As you noticed in the error, its telling you that the owner of the file needs to be changed. It appears to me that the owner is probably apache/httpd so ask your host to change the owner of the files back to you. If that doesn't work, then you can ask them to turn safe mode off. :)
