Please someone I need help
I'm can't install TP ( SMF 1.1.4+TinyPortal v0.9.8)
I did upload all files in some directories by used CuteFTP 7 Professional.
I read some of the forums...if files upload by FTP you need changing some SMF file's" -I don't know which file to change and how,but one person said if you upload tinyportal automatic like any mod it shot be work OK -how I do that? my forum - http://myboss.co.nz/index.php (http://myboss.co.nz/index.php)
Maks2, first thing you need to do is learn how to use your SMF package manager. I would highly suggest you go to the SMF's Docs page and read up how easy it is to use the package manager to install using only the zip file. If you have problems with it, seek help there as there has been 1000's of posts about the package manager there. Once you have learned that you will find that install TP is a breeze. The instructions for installing with the package manager or manually installing it are in our Docs board as well.

TP is not a theme, it's a mod :) I move this to the install support board. ;)

I learnt :laugh: how to use SMF package manager and have another question
when I start to Upload a Package TP_0983_manual.zip ,SMF shows me a message - An Error Has Occurred!
The package you tried to upload either is not a valid package or has become corrupted.
I had downloaded that zip file twice ,i still have the same problem :(

You cant install the manuall TP package through the package manager, you need to use the full TP install package from here

That package will work throug the manager, just make sure you have the forum set to use ONLY the default Core theme (the blue default you see the first time you installed your SMF )
