Hi there bentong!

Hope this will help you

First you add an article
Then you press (1) "add an image" and a pop-up will appear!

Then it's time to press the "browse the server" button (2) and yet another pop-up will appear.

Then you browse for an image in your computer (3) and finally upload the picture by pressing (4) the upload button

Also make sure you have the WYSIWYG editor enabled in the TinyPortal settings:

Admin > TinyPortal / Settings > Settings > Use the WYSIWYG editor?: [ ] there are several options to choose from.
