I have version 1.1.4 installed and I have a great deal of mods already installed.

Is this going to break my forum?

Are there going to be mods that wont work because of this mod?

Is this a mod or a HACK?

If I understand correctly mods can all work side by side and dont alter the core funtionality of the core forum.

Am I incorrect?

I appreciate anyones time and assistance.

Tinyportal is a mod, and probably the biggest one for SMF as it changes a lot of files and also themes needs to be TP converted (we have about 160 available themes for TP )

So with this i have to say that you can probably forget the package manager as an install options if you have a lot of other mods.
A manuall install is the way to go if you want to have every thing working.
You have the mod instructions in the doc section and the install board have the rest you need to know if you look around and use the search. I think every little question and error through an install is supported by now :)
