Hello All,
How can I uninstall Enigma 2.0 (RC1) from my site or switching to TP w/o losing data?

Which data are you talking about? If its just posts/users/pm's etc. its all stored in your DB so replacing your files won't do anything but erase the mods installed to your forum. All the data will still be in the database.

Yes posts/users/pm. How do I REMOVE Enigma installation?
You uninstall the theme from your themes and layout settings.
When you click the red X for the theme in the listing there, the theme gets uninstalled.
You have to manually remove the theme folder and the files in it through Cpanel or FTP
Gha, iggnore my last post, i thought Enigma was a theme, but i think you mean the Enigma portal system right ?
If so, you have to ask the people that built and released Enigma on how to remove it, i dont think many of us here know how to as we dont use it our self :-\

I already gave you the answer to your question. :) highlighted in the quote in this post.
I might be mistaken, but I think Enigma does several things to it, so it might not be enough to just replace the files. It will probably need upgrade of SMF to be fully rid of it. Try uploading a upgrade version of your SMF version, then run the upgrade(it wills ave your forum data fine) and see if it works ok. Then apply the TinyPortal mod there after.
