is there a way that i can see when i first create a blocK? i know this is a weird question but i know in an article you can specify some things for it i do not see those for blocks
Don't understand your question mate. All of the block options are there when you create the block. No other options exist except for the panel settings.
No there isn't, for the blocks you have to first choose the block type and save to create it, then set the content and options for the block and save again.
