I didn't see anything here about it, Amazon just started it in April I think. I just plugged the  Javascript in a script block (min height and width says 200 tho) and it's a nice addition to interact with but the first time I clicked on it I had to enter a catchpa.  The total vote number isn't just from your site obviously. You can make your own I think if northing's there to suit your needs.
