I know how to disable the collapsing of individual blocks... but what I want is to get rid of the ability to collapse the right and left blocks as a whole which as of now can be done by clicking the two icons up by the header to collapse them... I use to have a .txt file saved on my hard drive with what I needed to put the /* code here */ around to "disable" the code for that but I lost it. So can anyone help, Thx.

Still an answer to this would be great!, there must be something in the settings but I can't find it
I have done some searches but there seem to be some very protracted answers, help appreciated!
