Im just new here and i would like to ask your help on how to install TP on my site using SMF ver. 1.1.3 with a Dilber MC theme.

I'm using SMF 1.1.3 with TinyPortal on DilberMC theme. What I did
was install SMF 1.1.3 first then TinyPortal then the theme. ;)

You need to install TP to the SMF Default (Core) theme. Then you need to install the TP Version of Dilber MC and select it as overal forum default.
You should then have some default blocks displayed.
If you don't install the TP version of themes, you will not see any blocks.
The next version of TinyPortal is aiming to work with any SMF theme without the need for conversion.
Any missing text, see the sticky topic in the Installations board here at TP.. "Resolving Missing Text".

Zetan, I already installed Dilber Theme on my site. How will i know if its a TP version?

It would normally be titled something like:
Dilber MC TP or generally have some indication of TP in the url.
If it's not working, simply uninstall it and locate the TP version from the downloads..
If TP is functioning, you would see it using the default theme.. If it's not, you may have to do a manual install of TinyPortal.
There are details in the Docs section on how to do that and a search should bring up information.
