Title: Scrolling Recent Posts posts for SMF 1.1.3 and TP 98

Does anyone have a scrolling recent post that will work for a site that is 1.1.3 and TP98? I have seen some topics on the matter but I am not sure if they are compatible to the newer versions. I have run into some other issues with the same thing for Arcade Champion. I have found code for it, but it doesnt work on 1.1.3. Can anyone please help??
