Okay, I know this is a common problem. I have no panels at all.
I'm using the Enterprise theme (downloaded from here), along with SMF 1.1.3 and TinyPortal 0.9.8. I have no panels.
As I'm writing this, I'm going to go through the common fixes:
First, the panels page in TinyPortal settings... set all panels to ON, and set it so they are never hidden. Done.
Next, the block manager. Add a userpanel block to each panel... Done.
All options for showing at certain places left at none.
Next, activate the three blocks I just added... (in enterprise, I''m just clicking the activate link).. Done.
Note: I have the frontpage disabled - it goes straight to forums.
After this, I should be bombarded with my user info, yet it still looks like standard SMF. What am I missing here? I have this feeling that it's something obvious, but I don't know what.
My site is at http://rote.slayn.net
Okay, just messing around and hoping for some sort of magical poof (rare, I know), I switched to the default theme.
Suddenly I had userboxes everywhere.
How is it that when I use the default theme, I have panels, but when I use Enterprise, I get nothing? Does Enterprise not work with TinyPortal 0.9.8? I thought it was fine when I was browsing the downloads... I'll go check again.
GARGH I STRONLY DISLIKE MYSELF!!!
Okay, so I downloaded Enterprise_TP, and it all magically poofed. That's kinda confusing to have a version with TP and a version without TP, and it's made worse by the fact that you have it under the heading "Additional Downloads".
Then again, maybe I'm just stupid.
Anyway, thanks for providing a great mod and enduring the idiots like me who can't figure out how to use it.

This will not be a problem when TP 1.0 comes out. It will not require two seperate themes. :)
