I uploaded smf then I paid for new theme NetBiz TP, and already down loaded on my computer. How can I upload the new theme? please. :idiot2:

You can upload you theme in the admin panel. Go to the themes and layout in the admin panel and select the option manage and install. Go to the bottom and you will see a browse button. Click on that and find where you have the file on your harddrive and load the theme. Be sure to set your forum to the smf default theme before uploading any themes or mods. I would also suggest taking a look at the doc section at smf to better understand how the boards work. Hope this helps. Tick
All the answers concerning SMF can be found at the SMF site www.simplemachines.org The Docs section is getting better and better and I would highly recommend reading as much as you can there.
