Title: Template Not Changing In Normal Website Section

I have uploaded Black22 and changed the default, and reset all users to this template. The template works fine in the forum but when I got to my homepage of tinyportal, it is still the default of the SMFdefault, how can i change this so that the black22 runs throughout my whole tinyportal and forum. thanks :laugh:

If you have articles on the front page check their display options, one could have "Use only this theme:" set to SMF default.
