There is no site located there, just a list of files and non of them leads to any SMF/TP install.
In the rules we have for the Host offers, we have one that sya you have to have a WORKINg SMF and TP setup for view.
So please set up a site with SMF and TP so we can see how things work with your offer.

Seems like the install of TP misses out on the language strings in the blocks.
