Try running the manual_tp_install.php file on your install again.

Ok, I tried to install manual_tp_install.php again and got the same error.

How did you install TP ?
Manually. First I tried manual_tp_install.php l then I tried
manual_tp_0983install.php. I first tried the auto-install but got an error that the package directory or one of its files was not writable, but it was chmod to 777.

Where did you install TP ?
I installed TP to the root directory on my server, which is where I have smf installed.

On what theme did you install TP ?
I installed TP on the smf default theme.

What TP package did you use ?
tp_0983_manual

What SMF version do you have  ?
I am running smf 1.1.2

This has been sorted.  Seems some of the edits were not exactly right on some of the files.  Also had to change a few permissions I will mark this topic as solved.  You did not send me a admin account so you will have to go into your admin panel and change your forum language from english utf to english and the TP text will show up.

Also, you don't seem to have the TP version of the WikiStyle theme.

You have:
QuotePowered by SMF 1.1.2 | SMF Ã,© 2006-2007, Simple Machines LLC

You should see:
QuotePowered by SMF 1.1.2 | SMF Ã,© 2006-2007, Simple Machines LLC
WikiStyle | TinyPortal v0.9.8 Ã,© Bloc

In the footer.
