Can you try a different browser to see if something is wrong with your other one as a test pls?

You may want to calm down before you blow a gasket there Tron. If you can't download the file, it can be do to any number of things. Can you show me the link to which you get that error?
By browser, yes I mean Internet Explorer. There are other great browsers out there that you should give a try. Namely Firefox would be my suggestion. Its a great browser.

What does google have to do with it? No, I won't attach the file because we need to fix this to make sure you can download it. If others have this problem we need to know whether its just you or others too.
First empty your browser cache. Restart the browser. Then do a ctrl+F5 to do a hard refresh if you can't download the file again.

Well I don't know where you're seeing that at. But here's where you get firefox without the google tool bar.

To clear your cache in IE you goto Tools > Internet Options > Browsing History Heading > Click Delete.

I have posted about this issue and thread in the team board for Bloc or IchBin to help you out.
I see quite a few errors in the log concerning your access. But it shows that you are not logged in. It shows that you are trying to download as a guest and not loggged in. Can you double check that you are logged in when you go to that page.
I have also tested the download with a test account here, and its working. But as a guest its not of course.

I would need your account info to test it any further at this point. I'm having no problems from mulitiple locations under 2 diff accounts.
