I installed 'smf_1-1-2_install' and 'TP_DilberMC_beta' without a hitch,
after realizing my ftp program was dropping a few files. Thanks for
the great installation helps onsite.

Here is my question after 6 hours searching through the files
and over an 1/2 hour in the search help here.

On the '/index.php?action=register' page where new guests register,
under the box for the submission of a username is some text.

Where do I find that file to change that text?

The registration of the forum is their department to give the support for.

Have you looked at:
Register.template.php in conjunction with Login.english.php

I've spent hours at the Register.php file without any
hint of the template for the page, but...

... you were right on with the advice to check the
Login.english.php file. Just what I was needing.

I missed that file entirely.
