I recently installed SMF 1.1.2 and tiny portal .983. My problem is the tiny portal welcome page has taken over my entire front of my forum and there is nothing under the Tiny Portal Block in under Admin. What can I do? How do I fix this?
First you need to install the TP language pack for your SMF language, you will then see the missing entries for TP and then you will then be able to select the settings that you want for your front page.
I have the same problem, and I don't see an English language pack to download.
The english ISO package is included in the TP install packages and it gets installed during the process.

When this downloads and I try to install it. It tells me its not a complete file or its corrupt. What now ?
You dont install the file through the package manager.
All extra language files have to be installed manually throught FTP
Extract the language files on your local PC and then upload them manually to your themes/default/languages/ files in here with all the others
Ok I have installed TP and uploaded the langauge files like you said to. TP is still taken over my frontt page and there is still nothing listed under Admin Tiny Portal. What have I done wrong?
:'( How do I remove TP front page from the from of my forum? I have uploaded all the language files and reinstalled and restarted my forum. Its still there. Also there are no setting showing in my Admin for TP. Help Anyone. I followed all the previous instructions and the problem is still there.

I would be happy to let you look at the problem yourself. Cause I'm not getting anywhere this way. I would be happy to Pm you an admin log on and password.
I would post an error for you but I have over 200 of them. Im sure you can tell this is my first attempt at making a forum and I appreciate your help I'm just getting frustrated is all.

It is sorted. You should now be able to set up your frontpage like you would like it. I think I have cleared up all of the errors in the error log. Just check it after a while and see if there are any more error.
